Returns Policy

In compliance with EU consumer law, we offer product returns within 14 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a return under the same laws, the following conditions must be met

  1. The item must be sealed in its original packaging.
  2. The issue must be raised with us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above conditions not be met.

Requesting a Return

In order to request a return, send us an email at office@tradingcardsireland.com. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned to us without prior contact. Within your email, please include

  1. Order Number
  2. Full Name 
  3. Reason for Return
  4. Photos of the product (if necessary)

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs related to returns, unless specifically stated by TradingCardsIreland during correspondence pre-return.

We are not legally liable for any returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of the return, the product will be inspected and you will be notified of the outcome. 

Should a refund be granted, it can be issued in two ways.

  1. A refund is issued within 7 business days via your original payment method, this may be subject to a processing fee of under 4%.
  2. You may choose to receive your refund in store credit (this will be issued in the form of a TradingCardsIreland online voucher.)

Non-Returnable Goods

We will not accept returns of the following products. Single booster packs, Single trading cards, items where the seal has been removed by the customer, gift cards or any mystery bag or mystery assortment product. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. A small order processing fee may apply depending on what stage of packaging the order is at when it is cancelled. 

Condition of Goods

All goods sold by TradingCardsIreland are sourced from reliable sources. We will NEVER knowingly stock any resealed or damaged products. Due to the nature of the goods we stock, minor damages to shrink wrapping or external packaging of goods may occur. These minor damages are not sufficient cause for a return.
